Refund policy

Sometimes things don’t quite work out. If your Flocks didn’t land the way you hoped, we’ve got a simple return process.

Here’s how it works

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Socks must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (we’re all about fresh starts)
  • Flat $5 return shipping fee deducted from your refund
  • No restocking fees
  • Final sale items can’t be returned

To start a return:
Email us at support@flockssocks.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send over a prepaid label and guide you through the flock-flying-back process.

Refunds:
Once your return makes it back to the nest, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (minus the return fee).
